Alexis' bedroom (Pink Room)

Alexis loves her "pink room". Robbie didn't think he would ever have a pink room in his house. But he seems to be pretty accepting of it.

Alexis' Toy Room

I don't think Rob could have ever thought that he would have a yellow toy room in his house. I love that Alexis plays her piano. I would much rather the piano then the drums. LOL

New York City

Rob and I visited N.Y. not to long ago. What a great time. From Battery Park, to Ground Zero, Central Park for a carriage ride, back to Times Square. If you are ever in N.Y. a must see is the museum at the site of Ground Zero. It it incredible it brought tears to both of us. But it really brings 9/11 to reality once again. WOW!!!

Ground Zero, Battery Park.

When Rob got home I decided what better way to return home then a big welcome home from the student body of Mercy. I contacted a couple of students and between the senior class and myself what a surprise. Rob had no idea. He thought we were going to Mercy just to stop and say hi. Well what a shock when he pulled in and the entire student body was screaming welcome home on the front lawn of Mercy. It was a moment I will never forget. I think he feels the same.

Iraq 2007

Here are some pics from my second tour in Iraq. I volunteered to go because at the time it was the best decision for me. Little did I know that I would miss somebody I had just known a little over a month as much as I did. But it was the best misery in the world knowing what I was coming back to. I would rather be miserable there missing Kelly than content here not knowing her at all!

Mercy High School "May Crowning"

I hope she doesn't choose the drums. We all know how much she LOVES music. We already know music/performing is the way this little girl is going.

More of Evan's visit to CT.

Zoo

How many guys do you know take a 2yr old to the zoo without her mother. I know one, Rob!!! It was a day of bonding for Rob and Alexis. The question is who had more fun. Rob or Alexis??? LOL!!!

This was the happiest day of my life. After what we have both been through, it is so nice to know that you can still find happiness out there. Thank god she said yes or this picture would have stunk!-Rob
We are both new to this whole blogging thing so this might take some time to get it up and running. Please check back for updates.

Dancing Poodles

I was so proud of my little girl on her first dance recital. She sang and danced her little heart out. I couldn't have asked for her to do a better job. I loved when she spotted me out in the crowd. I got a "Hi mommy" and a wave out of her. Oh after all the stress of her shoes they finally gave her a pair that fit. Two weeks prior to her recital. When they were ordered 4 months before. Talk about being organized. NOT!!! Don't mess with a mothers child. You have never seen the crabby side of me until you try to mess with my baby!!! Well lets just say she won't be going to that dance studio again.
